Responsibilities:

Assist the design team in developing and creating visual assets for both print and digital platforms, including but not limited to logos, banners, social media graphics, presentations, and marketing materials.

Collaborate with the team to understand project requirements, objectives, and target audience to ensure design concepts align with the overall vision.

Support the creation and execution of design elements, such as typography, color schemes, and layouts, while maintaining brand consistency.

Research current design trends, techniques, and industry best practices to stay up to date and contribute innovative ideas.

Participate in brainstorming sessions and provide input on creative concepts and strategies.

Assist in photo editing and image retouching as necessary.

Help organize and maintain digital asset libraries, ensuring files are correctly labeled and easily accessible.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality designs.

Accept feedback and implement revisions to designs based on constructive criticism.

Learn and utilize design software and tools effectively, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
